CarBook as iPhone web app
This version is prepared as a Progressive Web App. Open it in Safari and add it to the Home Screen to use it like an iOS app with its own icon.
iPhone / iPad
- Open carbook.vargatech.net in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Share button in Safari. Depending on your Safari layout, it may be in the bottom or top bar.
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
- Keep the name “CarBook” or enter your own name, then tap “Add”.
- Start CarBook from the new Home Screen icon. It opens in app mode without the normal browser address bar.
On iPhone/iPad, use Safari for Home Screen installation. Chrome can open the site, but Safari is the reliable way to create the iOS web app icon.
Android / Chrome
- Open carbook.vargatech.net in Chrome.
- Tap the browser menu and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- Confirm the name CarBook and start it from the Home Screen.
